Meet people where they are
Health belongs in real life — in halls, stalls and staff rooms, not only in clinics.
So I take it to them — into the churches, markets, schools and offices where everyday Nigerians already gather.
Home / About
I trained as a dietitian-nutritionist and went on to work in public health, where I saw the same thing again and again: people wanted to eat and live better, but the right advice felt far away, expensive, or wrapped in words nobody used at home.
So I changed how the advice travels. Instead of waiting behind a desk, I started showing up — at a church hall on a Saturday, a market on a slow afternoon, a staff room during lunch. I measure, I teach, I listen, and I leave people with something they can actually do on Monday.
That's the whole idea behind Health to You: care that comes to you, in your language, for your real life.
Add your degrees, licence/registration body, and any professional associations you belong to.
Every talk, assessment and plan is grounded in clinical training and public-health practice — not guesswork or fads. You get advice that's safe, current and practical.
Three beliefs guide everything I do.
Health belongs in real life — in halls, stalls and staff rooms, not only in clinics.
Plain words, local foods, small steps. Advice you can use before I've even left the room.
When a whole group changes together, the habits last. That's where I aim.
Whether it's a small fellowship or a full corporate wellness week, I'd love to help.
Health has come to you.
